For over 100 years the Hertrich name has been synonymous with growth in the automotive industry. From our inception, the company philosophy has been simply to “Sell cars; Satisfy customers”, with the emphasis always on the customer’s needs.
From Frederick W. Hertrich’s modest immigrant beginnings in 1903 as a Gear-maker, then Engineer for Buick, Hertrich’s has grown into “One of the top 100 Dealer Groups in the United States” (Ward’s Automotive). With eight dealerships in three states, fifteen franchises and over 500 employees the Hertrich Family of Dealerships is still exploring new possibilities. Both third and fourth generation family members are actively leading us into a bright future.

Domestic destinations are typically shipped UPS Ground. International destinations are typically shipping USPS. We have dealt with UPS & Yellow Freight for larger items.
Return policy
Depending upon the situation, I may offer a partial refund or a full refund (if the product is returned in the same condition as it left our facilities). Rarely does a return policy need to be addressed as our transactions are typically very much successful -- look at our customer feedback numbers!!!

Also, before providing a low rating regarding shipping costs -- please understand that a flat / fixed rate covers shipping to all areas in the lower 48 states. Since Delaware is in the mid-atlantic region, I must quote shipping to states in the west coast, such as California.
