We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks (US bank drafted only, must clear first), and personal checks (personal checks must clear first before the item is shipped out to your location). We will take cash if an item is picked up. Missouri residents, sales tax of 6.075% will apply to all Missouri shipped items Items picked up will be responsible for sales tax of 6.075%.

We ship via FEDEX, USPS, and Forward Air, depending on the item and its destination.

-Importapart will accept the return of any item that has been compromised (damaged) during shipment. We will require the item to be shipped back to us so as we may inspect the item, verify it is the item shipped out by us, and we will process a full refund to the buyer, with positive feedback left at the end of the transaction. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please allow 7 days to process the refund after the item has been sent back to us, to allow for transit time. -In the event of an issue with the shipment, please send all communication through Ebay and or Paypal, this will speed up the process of correcting the issue.

We are available to answer any questions you may have in relation to a part we are selling, or have sold Monday-Friday 9am-7pm Central Time. Any email or message received after 7pm Central on Friday will be answered promptly on Monday.
