We love sailing, and hope to support others in their pursuit of the joys of sailing. Sailing is a great recreational sport, and it is gentle on the earth from an environmental perspective.

We take pride in our prompt shipping. We build most of our halyards when receive your order, so if there is a rush of orders in a very few days, especially February thru July, there may be a delay of a day or two longer, but in most cases we will ship your order in one or two days after we receive payment. If you have a specific need for expedited shipping, please contact us first.

We take pride in our quality, but we are human, so occasionally things do happen. We will obviously work with you to correct any situation where we messed up, like a shipping error, or a defective product. However ( except for shipping error or defective product ), please remember that cut rope, and custom halyards are not returnable, so please measure carefully to be sure you are ordering the correct diameter and length of rope.

We offer quantity discounts on many of our items. For example, 5 percent discount on a half spool ( 300 feet ) of any of our New England Rope products, and a 10 percent discount on any full spool ( 600 feet ). You will find that most of our halyards and cut lengths of rope are a little longer than specified. On halyards we guarantee that the length will be at least as long as we say, and in 98 percent of cases it will be 1 to 3 percent longer than the specified length. If any product you order from us must be exactly the length specified, please message or email us to request EXACT FINISHED LENGTH.
