Return policy
Due to the nature of our business of selling used and vintage motorcycle parts, all items are sold as is. Should you not be happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days after your receipt of the item if you intend to return; item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent and any we will not accepted altered pieces without prior consent of motorhammerhead; we will not pay for return shipping to us; we will refund your full purchase price, including the original shipping charge to send it to you, upon receipt of the return. We will refund return shipping if an item is grossly misrepresented. Please note: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS TO ANYONE WHO LEAVES NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. We want you to be happy with your items, so please contact us so we can offer exchanges or refunds if you are not happy, but we can not do so if you leave negative feedback as the new policy will not allow removal and then we can not work with you to ensure your happiness.

Insurance
We are not responsible for uninsured items, if you would like to add insurance, please let us know and we will quote you a rate. We can provide you with a tracking number for all purchased items and will work with you and the US post office in tracing items, but if they are not insured, we are not responsible. To date we have had 100% success in all items arriving to their destination.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
Please do not leave negative feedback! ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS IF YOU LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. If you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us as we will accept returns or when possible offer exchanges. Please check actual shipping costs, as we do our best to keep the cost down, but we do have to pay the post office to use their service as they charge us to send the items to you, we must pay for a shipper, packaging materials and postage. We wish we didn't have to charge for these items, we try to keep cost low for our customers by starting our bids out at a low, low $9.99 price and many items are won at this price. If you want to be malicious and deliberately hurt business by leaving negative feedback, then with all respect, please do not place any bids with us as it adversely affects our good reputation and status. We wish you the best in buying and selling, but again, if you just want to leave bad feedback, please do not bid.
