All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
I strife to give everyone a fair deal! I treat others as I would want to be treated. I am not only an eBay seller, but I am also a consumer, like all of you. I know what it feels like to not be given a fair shake!
Business InformationHistory/background
Misunderstandings account for a large part of negative feedback on eBay. I try my best to give a fair representation of all my auctions. Nevertheless, there are always some whom don't read the descriptions of the auctions fully, and they receive that which they did not expect, or they expect me to do more than I offer, e.g., expecting me to combine shipping and handling when I state clearly they I do not on some auctions, etc.
In order to avoid the headache of negative feedback and bad feelings on both the sellers and buyers part, please, should you have a serious complaint, let me know prior to leaving negative feedback. Almost always, things can be cleared up with simple one-on-one communication!
Shipping information
I generally combine shipping, but not on all items. When I do combine, which is usually, I take the highest Shipping and Handling Charge first, then all other items are one-half off their Shipping and Handling Charges per each item and roundest to the nearest dollar amount. For example: You won three auctions, let's say. One item has a s/h charge of $2.50, one a charge of $5.00, and the last a charge of $3.50. The $5.00 charge comes first, then the $2.50 charge is split in half to $1.25 rounded to the nearest dollar would make the charge $1.00, and the $3.50 is halved to $1.75 rounded to the nearest dollar amount of $2.00. Total shipping and handling charges would be $8.00, saving you $3.00. Pretty simple actually. If I do not combine on any particular auction, I try to let you know, but sometimes mistakes happen, so it is always good to ask about an auction if you are unsure whether it can be combined in shipping with other items!
