buyer beware seller states in description "This is Technically a BRAND NEW, Just opened the box and got a different solution to the problem" and took all hardware tells me nothing is missing? all the installation hardware is missing even the drive-in dead bolt latch, a very important piece. then wants to charge me shipping and a 10% restocking fee? I know states no returns but they should have put in the description some parts may be missing.. will not do business again with this seller������

The buyer is blaming me for his incompetency. Product was "Technically new" as stated as it was just opened and never used. All parts were in the package, I took 5 pictures of what in the package and listed in auction. Auction was open for 7 days. Buyer never asked me any question of missing part and now is complaining of missing part. All the parts shown in picture including manuals were sent. I stated NO-REFUNDS but still to satisfy him I said I will take the product back.

The Dark Knight (Blu-ray Disc, 2008, 2-Disc Set)
Excellent movie and if you watch in home theater even better with Blu Ray....wow...speakers get a work out of this movie.
