Payment We kindly accept, Money Order, Cashier/Certified Check, and or Personal Check. Credit Cards gladly accepted through Paypal.. Payment must be made within 5 days of auction end unless other arrangements have been made with seller. Closing on a timeshare is a real estate transaction and does take time usually 30-60 days. The new owner will be asked for deeding instructions. Upon receipt of payment the new deed will be sent to the county for recording. Upon return of the new deed it will be sent to the resort for finalization in their records.

All documents that are not time sensitive are shipped Via US Mail for no charge. Time sensitive documents may be shipped via UPS and if there is an additional charge to the client it will be disclosed upfront.

Refunds & Returns Any sales that are subject to a Right of First Refusal (ROFR) by the resort will be refunded in full if the resort fails to waive their right. In most cases resort companies that regularly require ROFR such as Westgate or Diamond have already waived the right prior to our listing the property. All Sales Are Final.
