Any item paid for with an echeck through PayPal will not ship until the money clears, typically 3-5 business days. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns of unused, uninstalled, brand new goods, but we must charge a restocking fee of 25% to cover the costs we incur from eBay, Paypal, shipping, labor, etc. We also must charge a 25% restocking fee on any order which is cancelled after payment has been received, even if that order has not shipped. This is also to help cover the fees associated with eBay, PayPal, order processing, restocking, etc. If you would like to return or exchange an item please email RMA@TREperformance.com with your paypal or authorize.net transaction id # and the reason for the return or exchange. No returns are accepted without an RMA number which is given to the customer by TREperformance via email.
