SHIPPING: I usually ship out the day after the item is bought or maybe the second day. I don't ship on the weekends. TRACKING: Don't pester me for a tracking number within the first week, give things time to arrive. If you are too anxious about a package to arrive and are persistent, maybe ebay is not for you, just buy things from the store because it's much faster. The money you save is a trade off to not getting the item instantly, remember that! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I only ship to the USA, asking me to ship otherwise is just a waste of a message. Since all international bids are blocked and it doesn't allows international bids, I probably wont even message back and assume you get the picture.

POLICY: I don't offer returns. ITEMS ARRIVING BROKEN: Please realize the carrier was the reason for it, so lets work together to get the refund from the carrier, the refund has nothing to do with me. If the carrier refunds you guess what YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO ME. It rarely happens, but contact me if you get something broken. Remember life is not hard, it is if you're stupid. You can come to me for help though. BROKEN GAMES: I test ALL of my games, I will expect mail fraud at first if a game arrived broken. Since I sell mostly discs, it will probably never happen. If your game arrive completely demolished by some extraordinary circumstance, realize it was the carriers fault and follow the same steps listed above in the Items Arriving Broken section. CASES ARRIVING CRACKED: Get a life or a better job, then things like this would not bother you. I don't refund people slightly because they can blackmail me with negative feedback, its wrong and pathetic!

Remember I test the games I sell, so think twice before committing fraud. Also remember it is dumb to come to me for a refund first, you'll have to pay the return shipping to me if you don't get refunded from the carrier, so try there first they usually pay up.

All my transactions are done on paypal, if my account is jacked I know right away and buy/sell options are blocked. Any money being withdrew or checks being written can only be in my name or to my address, pretty dumb to try and hack it but whatever, some people never made anything of themselves.
