Won the auction, but item was never shipped, and no communication whatsoever from seller after over 3 weeks of trying, and even requesting eBay to arbitrate and get a response from seller. After not even responding to eBay they had to intervene to issue a refund.

This feedback is 100% accurate, and I am truly sorry for putting you through this experience. I have not been responsibly monitoring my account or the associated email for the last few weeks, and completely failed to realize that one of my items had sold. I deeply regret wasting your time, and am glad to see that a refund has been issued. I will take every effort to be more diligent in the future to make sure a transaction like this doesn't happen again.
