Originally founded to provide living historians with affordable jewelry and accessories, The Ebon Swan has branched out into handmade jewelry spanning many periods and centuries, as we're unable to settle on one type of pretty.
Payment policy
Paypal is my vastly preferred method of payment. I also accept personal checks (I do not ship until the check has CLEARED THE BANK, not when I first receive it), money orders, and Google Checkout. If there's any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Shipping information
Shipping occurs two days a week, to cover the weekday and weekend sales. I do not ship, however, if payment has not cleared. All packages are shipped first class unless specified otherwise. Insurance is optional, but certainly encouraged for an additional fee. We are NOT responsible for packages that have left our hands uninsured. Delivery confirmation is also available for another nominal fee upon request.
Return policy
If there is a problem with your item/package, please let me know as soon as possible so that we may work things out. After 10 days I assume that you are happy with your purchases and will not consider exchanges or returns. Unless the listing gravely misrepresented an item of mine for sale, I do not have much tolerance for buyer's remorse. Returns MUST come back in the original packaging and in salable condition before refunds are made.
