eCG Tuning is a new and up coming business thats on the rise. It is designed to bring everything that is car related into one easy to find site. From the best performance parts at some of the best prices on the internet, to forums and blogs about tuning information, to race events, to car sales, and even the latest car information and much more all in one online site.

Most items ship the same day if ordered before 4 P.M. EST. and you receive them 2-3 days after you order. eCG Tuning takes pride in getting you your item fast and efficiently at the lowest cost to you. Shipping price shows is for the lower 48 states. For all international orders please contact me for an accurate shipping quote. eCG Tuning reserves the right to change or request funds as needed to complete your shipping on international orders.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase. Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. The return items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition, with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by eCG Tuning. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all return shipments must be insured and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the customer and notify eCG Tuning of this claim at cameron@ecgtuning.com. eCG Tuning will not accept returns on: coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers, and turbo kits. Items that are returned within 10 days of purchase will not be charged a restocking fee. After 10 days, accepted returns are subject to a fee consisting of 7% of the item cost. A $15 repackaging fee will be applied to any returns without acceptable packaging.

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. eCG Tuning will provide all necessary documentation, but all claims must be initiated by the customer. All packaging materials must be kept by the recipient so they can be investigated by the carrier; eCG Tuning accepts zero responsibility for customers who misplace or discard the packaging of a damaged shipment. After reporting the loss/damage with the carrier, contact eCG Tuning at cameron@ecgtuning.com immediately with pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with the claim.
