Best Buy sure could learn a thing or two from you guys! I made the mistake of ordering a refurbished model online there first, and let me tell you that everything about this transaction was better- communication, shipping, packaging (by a LONGshot), and the product received. So glad I returned that one and went this route instead. I'll definitely be back in the future!
