The Sub was carefully packaged (I was impressed) and arrived without any damage. (When I picked up the box there was no shifting of the contents and no movement of anything inside.) The Sub was advertised as 'fully tested and working', and it immediately powered up and connected to the soundbar. It puts out great sound with no rattles or issues.
