Package arrived pretty much soaked & the address label mostly obscured. The issue existed for some time because the tracking code was identified somehow & written by hand under the label. The postal person did not ring the doorbell or otherwise attempt to contact me. I have been home all day & the package continued to get rained on as we've had steady drizzle all day.
