I purchased a toy based on the reviews but very disappointed with this seller. Received a message saying the item was shipped but when I couldn’t find the tracking number, I contacted the seller and they emailed me that neither fedex nor the USPS wants to ship a toy. I get packages weekly from FedEx and USPS and never had a problem. I think they sold it to another buyer for a higher price and gave me an excuse a week after they said the item is shipped. Got a refund but entire process was sad.
