haven't received the item, so how could I describe it's condition. As soon as we both agreed that something happen to it, and the seller looked it up by the tracking number, agreed it wasn't moving in the mail, and agreed on a date the that if it didn't arrive I would get a refund, I filed a refund claim with Pay Pal on that date, within 24hrs, received my refund, Done Deal.

This is not the Garmin Dezl as described. It is a Garmin nüvi 2797 that cannot be used for trucks or RVs, rendering it useless in my case as I needed it for a truck. Thankfully I am able to return it for a refund as the item is mislabeled. The item arrived fine if it had not been the wrong item we would have been very happy with this seller!
