I am a 'people-person' and I strive to provide superior customer service to all of my customers. Whether it be a local PC service customer or a global sales customer of my online store. My goal is to provide a pleasant eBay buying experience for all.

We are eager to help any customer who has purchased an item from us in need of warranty service. All used items have a 30 day repair or replace warranty unless otherwise stated 'as-is'. All items marked 'refurbished' or 'reconditioned' have a 90 day repair or replace warranty unless stated otherwise. All items posted as 'new' have a 1 year replacement warranty. Extended warranties are available on some items for an additional fee. NOTE: Some customers in need of warranty service for some new and refurbished items can benefit from the manufacturers RMA program and we will gladly assist in this process. On occasion some vendors and manufacturer’s replace warranty items after 90 or 180 days with reconditioned replacements when certain conditions exist like when the item is no longer available.

If I post it...then I guarantee it works and it would be something that I would personally use. Exceptions would surely have a detailed description and explanation. I do not sell junk...and that is my personal guarantee!
