Payment to paypal no longer than 2 days after purchase or I will relist. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Buyer contacted me during auction to offer money for 3 items. We agreed on prices & she said she would pay within 2-3 days. She didnt, it took her 1 week. Reminders were sent & she paid for 2 items then, not 3. She wanted 3rd item to be shipped to UAE. I asked where that was TWICE & she ignored the question. When I found out what UAE was, I wondered why she didnt tell me. I was having bad feelings about sending item to that area & her delayed pay with ignored UAE question. I decided to refund her money for the 2 paid items & not sell her the third item. If she was open with me from the beginning, there would have been no problems. Her behavior is what spooked me into having bad feelings & I simply reacted upon them. So, if she wants to say Im racist, well so be it. We are selling on ebay & honesty is important. Ignoring where UAE is and delayed payment makes the seller (me) suspicious! Thus, my bad feelings about this whole fiasco.
