I contacted the seller with 15 emails. They sent me two bent rods and a brush. Sellers page is for1 brush and 6 rods. They offered a partial refund of $3.00. Which I refused. They sent anyway. They said I had to pay the return postage. So I contacted ebay. They said the seller was responsible for return postage. Finally I contacted ebay by phone. ebay reviewed my case and they refunded my money. Not the seller. Looks like this seller does not understand their responsibility for selling on ebay!
