Shipping information
El makes shipping charges fair by only charing actual shipping costs. Any charge over $1.00 more than actual cost is always refunded. U.S. domestic shipping includes delivery confirmation and is capped at $5.00. International shipping charges are generally capped at $13.00 (unless flat rate priority mail is not accepted in your country).

Return policy
El attempts to make every customer fully satisfied with her service and products. For any reason, if you find the product does not suit your needs, please contact El at el@tantalizingstitches.com. If item is not as described, El will completely refund your payment upon receipt of the item. If item is as described but you wish to return the product, a $2.00 restocking fee applies and only the cost of the product is refunded.
