Nice upgrade to 2009 Toyota Camry
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this mainly so I could add a backup camera to my 2009 Camry. Also, since it was Android I hoped to be able to run apps that we enjoy on our phone.
One thing I was unsure about was how soon the backup camera would come on. From a cold start it takes about 30 seconds to boot to the Android desktop but thankfully the backup camera is active as soon as the key is turned on.
This wasn't totally a direct replacement. Some cutting and drilling was required. The side brackets on the car did not line up with the holes in the sides of the radio so I had to drill new ones. Aldo this radio is a little taller then my exiting one so I had to sawzall a plastic bracket that holds the heat vent.
Very happy with my purchase so far.
