Item arrived promptly and exactly as described. Seller discovered that they did not have the power supply for the laptop in stock as they had originally thought. They contacted me to notify me of this immediately after my purchase, and then promptly provided a partial refund for the cost of the power adapter. The computer worked great just as described. There was a small problem with the wrong power cord being sent. The model I purchased had the power supply built into the cord. When I mentioned what happened the seller was quick to respond and sent me the correct cord. They apologized which I can totally understand how these things can happen. The computer worked great everything was as advertised and I would trust this seller to do business in the future.

Product was as advertised. The quality of packing material could have been better but I inspected package upon arrival for damage and the was none so no real harm done and better packing material would mean more expensive shipping cost. I bought this product due to the price and I got exactly what I paid for.
