All of my products are new and authentic. I do not sell testers or any type of used products due to health and safety reasons. Customer service and satisfaction are my number one priorities so please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

I specialize in name brands such as Estee Lauder, Clinique, Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan, Origins and Stila, to name a few. I sell only authentic, new, cosmetic products and fragrances. For health and safety reasons I do NOT sell any testers or used products.

PAYMENT METHODS • We accept Paypal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. We do not accept Personal Checks. (payments mailed MUST include the product, auction number, email address, user name and correct shipping address. A purchase confirmation email will be sent at the end of the sale which can be printed and included with payment to avoid any confusion. (Without this information your shipment may be delayed as we match the payment with the correct purchase information) • Payments are due within 7 days of purchase. • We are always happy to combine multiple items for shipping discount purposes. Products must be purchased and paid within 7 days of each other. Please wait until all auctions you are bidding on have ended then contact us for a final invoice. Items paid for individually are not eligible for the automatic shipping discount. • When placing a bid or using the “Buy It Now” option, you are entering into a legal contract.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: •With the exception of holidays and weekends, we ship within 48 hours of payment. • We request all buyers provide us with a confirmed Paypal/eBay address to avoid any delays. We are always more than happy to ship items on your behalf as gifts; however we do ask that you complete the check-out process and include the correct ship to address at this time. Shipping Insurance – Domestic Shipments – Insurance is available on all shipments. Non-insured packages are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Delivery confirmation numbers are provided on all shipments at no charge to the buyer. International Shipments: We do NOT ship internationally.

RETURN POLICY: • Refunds or replacements will be made for all insured packages damaged or lost in transit. • For health and safety reasons, cosmetic and fragrance products are not returnable. • We highly recommend insurance on all shipments to cover any loss or damage during transit. We carry only new and authentic products. • The safety and satisfaction of our buyers is our number one concern, therefore buy with confidence. • Uninsured products damaged or lost in transit are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Insurance is available and recommended on all shipments.
