I've been doing business on eBay for several years. My feedback overall number count is low compared to my actual sales, since for years I sold on first, my son's ID, where I raised his feedback rating from 40 to over 500, and second, with two joint marital IDs, where each achieved over 500. In reality, I've probably completed closer to 5000 transactions to date on eBay, with greater than 99% delighted customers, and very high repeat purchasers. It was time for me to have my own ID. elvenridge is the name of the home I live in, and where our elf workshop is; elfworkslane is the long driveway to the top of the mountain where all the listing happens.

Paypal, checks and money orders. Money orders and paypal preferred. Checks accepted as accomodation only.

I offer several shipping options, you choose among them. I am flexible in this department and won't let shipping carrier choices or charges be an obstacle to completing a sale.

Returns must be pre-authorized, if I don't know it's coming back, I have no way to track. I do take returns when in same condition as when they left here. I will not refund shipping except in cases where I grossly misrepresented an item, which I don't anticipate doing, and have never done. Buyer assumes risk of loss if opting out of insured packages. Buyers need to perform their due diligence prior to purchase - if there is something you need to know to be certain about what exactly it is you are purchasing, please ask. We do our best to represent items accurately, but not being an expert in every subject, we can only describe what we see. What is important to a buyer needs to be asked - and we will happily answer. We make no warranties regarding the perfect performance of an item, particularly if it is coming to you in pre-owned condition. We will make every effort to assure your satisfaction.
