I am a SAHM of three children. All of my items come from a pet-free and smoke-free home unless otherwise stated. I would never sell anything that is not in an acceptable condition that I would not be happy to receive.

Mainly I sell things that I have around and need to get rid of. I tend to be a pack rat, so things can accumulate quickly and often times, I buy something and will never use it or use it very infrequently. I also have children that outgrow things or get bored with things, so they go on eBay when we are done. Besides this, I plan on selling my homemade bath products, books, clothes, and just whatever!

I accept cashier's check, paypal, or money orders. You MUST pay or contact me within 7 days of the end of the auction.

I try to ship within 72 hours of receiving payments; however, at times, circumstances prevent me from getting to the post office during regular business hours (I will not leave an item on the counter after closing. In order to guarantee that your item is shipped out, I will place it directly in the mail carrier's hands.). In these situations, I will ship your item the next business day. If you wish for UPS or FedEx shipment, occasionally this may cause a slight delay. All packages are shipped out within 10 days of when the PAYMENT IS RECEIVED unless I have notified you otherwise.

Depends on the item. I do not accept returns on food items for safety reasons.
