Items are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise indicated. All shipments can be combined for shipping discounts. Some items are offered at USPS First class, Parcel post and Media mail rates. Delivery confirmation is included on all shipments. Insurance is optional.

FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS: I take pride of what I do and always sensitive to the customer needs. If you are not satisfy with the PROOF, I will not proceed with the order. Once the PROOF have been approved, the order done and mailed, it is too late to make any changes. OTHER ITEMS: Items may be returned for refund within 7 days.

You will receive a computerized proof by e-mail of your order within 24 hours after your payment and personalization information is received. Once you have approved your e-mail proof, your order will be mailed out within 5-7 days. Custom handmade invitations with large quantities require more time. Since is done and assemble one by one. The proper time to deliver invitations for big events is a month prior the event, so I need at least a month prior the delivery to start the invitations so it can be done on time and deliver on time.
