We are using this format to give a detailed explanation of our side of the story in the complaint resulting in Negative Feedback. The problems the buyer encountered with these boots were spelled out in the description. We started the bidding at 99 cents. Lucchese would be surprised to hear that Resistol Ranch was not one of their lines of boots. Our listing stated in Bold letters that we were presenting a pair of Resistol Ranch by Lucchese boots. Resistol boots are made in Mexico by Lucchese and sold only by and distributed only by Lucchese. We have tried to contact the buyer, offered refunds and - an EBAY rule - buyer did not contact us prior to issuing Negative Feedback. We have asked that the feedback be removed without success. We are still trying to resolve this matter.

The buyer has complained about shipping time when what really is at stake here is delivery time. We ship same day if purchased before 1:00 PM MST. Boots were purchased Jan 13 and we shipped Jan 14. Buyer chose Parcel Post delivery 7 to 10 business days over a long Holiday weekend and expected boots by the 21st. The buyer is angry because the Postal Service delayed delivery and blaming us. We did search for the package and communicated with the buyer about the results.
