We buy new items direct from the manufacture, all item are brand new in the box. We also buy some used vintage sterling, collectables or antique items. We buy only first quallity items, No Salvage or Seconds.

eMartSupply is a dba of IPE Partners Group and was formed in September of 2005 to help the disabled. We are proud members of DOUA Disablied Online User Assocation. We try to contract services to the disabled to keep our cost down and continue to work with other disabled companies to build this company.

We accept: Cashiers Check or Money Order as our preferred method, PayPal is always welcome, Personal Check require funds to clear prior to shipment. Cashiers Check are required when ever you wish a factory pick up or to have an item shipped as a gift to a non-confirmed address and we will be happy to send you shipping conformation number or a customer signed pick up slip. PayPal, is another preferred method of payment. Personal Check - please allow extra time until check clears our bank. We will email you when we ship your order. (This option is for US customers only!)

We try to offer our customers the best shipping options on eBay. We ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx and a number of trucking companies. We use either free shipping or fixed shipping rates. We are working with eBay to deduce shipping cost by selling some items so the weight don't go to the next pound. We use contract disabled help to package our glass items giving them an income nd lowering our damage rate saving our customers insurance cost. We include insurance on items that can ot be replaced.

Most of our items are new in factory packages and have a 30 return. We will not refund shipping charges unless we misrpresented the item we sold. If you are not sure about what you are ordering then email us with a phone number so we can work together to make sure every thing is correct. Our goal is to save you money and make sure every thing is correct. A Return Authorization Number is required on all returns. On all new items we will except a return within thirty business days of the date the package was delivered to you, no questions ask. We will not refund shipping charges unless we misrepresented the items listing, just call and get a Authorization Number for your return. Returns shipped COD will be refused.
