I usually pay within moments of an Auction ending. I will only deal with ETHICAL, HONEST individuals.

Iron Banques, Annual Harrod's Christmas Bears, Beanies and Bears for children who have suffered trauma of losing a parent in the war or other trauma, childrens books, school supplies and books for children to send to donate to improverised schools and send to war zones, small toys troops may keep in their pockets to give out to children in war zones, coats for teens, et cetera.

I buy a lot of Teddy Bears and other plush toys to give to children who have suffered from trauma, such as loss of parents in the military and such. I support troops (RAF and USA) serving and their families. My daughter and I serve US Air Force. If you are a SELLER, and a Bidder has paid in a timely manner, it is ONLY right that the SELLER rates the Bidder FIRST, NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND. This is just good business practice. I usually pay within moments of an Auction ending, yet I have some Sellers who have NOT rated me, yet expect a rating. Other Sellers state they will rate when they have been rated first. This is not showing a very good understanding of Customer Service or of remembering how it is they achieved their rating percentages to get them where they are in eBay. As a Bidder, I should not have to send a message or a pleading to a Seller to remember to take the time to rate me as a Bidder. That, is a Business State of Mind!!! Service Before Self!
