Item was exactly as described, well packed, and shipped quickly. Good seller, with good communications. The external hard drive case was in excellent condition. The drive was DOA, but I knew that was a possibility. Turned out that the drive had a shorted tantalum capacitor, which was shorting out the +12V PSU rail; an easy fix.
