I think you should know that I once (many years ago) sold children's clothing here. However, family and business got in the way so I had to let it go. But now, my children are all in school, and I find I have much, much more time on my hands. Therefore I have decided to (once again) join the ranks eBay sellers. I'm still figuring things out - so much has changed - so bear with me in this developmental stage!
This time around I am steering away from children's clothing and listing things that I enjoy. I come from a family full of artists, crafters, collectors, and antique dealers. So expect to see a wide variety of items.
Payment policy
PayPal only until I get the hang of things again.
Shipping information
I prefer USPS priority mail shipping. I ship small items via USPS first class. And, I will ship some items 1st class upon request. I do not usually charge a handling fee unless the item is difficult to pack or needs special packaging (like double boxing for fragile items). Insurance is optional and insurance fee is based on the value of the item. Insurance also comes w/delivery confirmation. If a buyer wishes to have delivery confirmation w/out insurance, please be sure to let me know so I can submit a revised invoice w/delivery confirmation included.
Because I live in a rural area, I keep my post office trips down to twice a week (Thursdays & Saturdays). Please contact me if your shipping preferences are anything other than what is described in the auction.
Return policy
My return policy is the standard 7 day policy. If for any reason a buyer is not satisfied with the purchase. Please notify me within 7 days of receiving the item. I will submit a complete refund (plus what the buyer paid in shipping) via PayPal. The buyer must pay return shipping of the item.

I prefer e-mail only. You can expect a quick reply as I work from home and frequently check my e-mail. I can be reached by e-mail at: engravogirl@yahoo.com. In the event that you do not get a reply, please check my blog where I will keep everyone informed in the instance that I go out of town.
Feedback Policy
I normally leave feedback 10-14 days after shipping an item. This gives me and the buyer plenty of time to correspond/ arrange refunds if there are any problems with the transaction. I will not post negative feedback for a delayed/slow payment if the buyer will notify me within 5 days of the auction close. (Notification of delayed payment lets me know I will not have to re-list an item) If I do not hear from a buyer within the 10-14 day period, I will post feedback (negative or positive) regardless.
