Paypal & Money Order if you require shipping. Cash, Visa, M/C, & AMEX if you are picking up in our store location.

We generally ship within 5 business days. Some easier to pack new items offer faster domestic handling times, such as our Webkinz which we generally ship within a day or two. We ship via USPS first class, Priority, or UPS depending on your wishes and what's most cost effective. All items are shipped with insurance and tracking within the US.

Please call 301-668-0837 or email (enkorekids@enkorekids.com) before returning any item. S&H cannot be refunded & new items need to be in new condition (unopened). Items damaged/lost in transit are covered by insurance so a claim will be filed for you. Items that were picked up are subject to a restocking fee of 10% to help defray eBay fees.
