The internal diameter of the bars isn't correct.
The internal diameter of the bars isn't correct. They are 1mm to small to accept standard brake levers. One of the sides looks like it was sanded a bit yet still isn't sanded enough to make it the correct size. The other side wasn't sanded at all. I also ordered the 400mm version and they measure 420mm on the dot.
