I was introduced to the wonderful world of eBay selling about a year ago. I have purchased items here for a long time but never thought about selling. A friend of mine told me how easy it was and I thought I would give it a shot. I spent about eight months researching how eBay works then another six months finding the right suppliers. I started eScentual Boutique small within the last year, however, am planning to expand over the next several months.

My preferred method of payment is PayPal, however, I will accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. Please note that I do not ship items until the payment has cleared. I DO NOT accept wire transfers/Western Union.

I typically ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground. I will ship via FedEx or UPS if requested.

Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If a customer is not satisfied with their product for any reason, they have 7 days from the date their item is received to return it. Please note that the buyer will typically pay for any and all shipping charges on returns.
