WE ARE A SURPLUS RECYCLER. WE RECEIVE MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS IN SHIPPING BINS, OUTSIDE OF THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. SOME ITEMS MAY BE DESCRIBED AS NEW, BUT ARE 'OUT OF BOX'. THIS MEANS THE SELLER BELIEVES THEM TO BE UNUSED DUE TO INSPECTION, BUT IT MAY NOT BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. AS A RESULT THESE ITEMS MAY SHOW SIGNS OF HANDLING, THOUGH THERE WILL BE NO SERIOUS COSMETIC OR FUNCTIONALITY ISSUE WITH THE ITEM, UNLESS STATED.

Shipping information
we ship on our own UPS account and sometimes at our own discretion choose either USPS (for small inexpensive stuff) or Freight carrier for larger items. We have a warehouse w/ forklifts, dock and 9-5 staff in Greensboro, NC. We also have our own straight drive truck.
Package Tracking: Order will be processed 2-3 days after payment is secured. Tracking info will be available after item ships. Buyer must request tracking info, it will not be sent automatically. Please request it after you expect it has ALREADY SHIPPED. Premature request will be ignored.
We ship only to the 48 contiguous USA states, unless asked in advance.
COMBINED ORDERS: one payment equals one shipping. No rate quotes will be honored unless paid for on the same payment. We do not hold packages that have been paid for, they will ship immediately! Also we do not allow a buyer to accumulate more than a week's worth of purchases before we require that a shipment and payment be made.
Return policy
REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE Policy: Buyer pays all freight for warranty and refund claims. No return freight will be refunded under any circumstance (DO NOT ask for a call tag for return!!!). Refund only will be issued when merchandise is returned and inspected by the seller.
Any damages caused by the buyer or in the return process will not be refunded 100%. When it happens, it is seller's sole decision to make a partial refund or no refund at all.
Payments and returns go to two different addresses. See below for details.

Buyer will be charged 15% restocking fee for any returned item unless it is a warranty issue.
Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
All Items must be returned with all original contents and components with prior authorization from us.

Warranty (see item description for term)
Bidder is responsible to ask all questions prior to bidding.
All sales are final unless it is a warranty issue.
Warranty for all items starts at the date the package is delivered.
You must contact us by the last day of the warranty for us to honor it.
Warranty does not cover any item that has been tampered with.
We record many serial numbers and secretly mark our items.
These terms will be strictly enforced, no excuses are accepted.
• DROP-SHIPPING POLICY: IF YOU ORDER FROM US AND SUPPLY A CUSTOMER OF YOUR’S ADDRESS (A.K.A. “DROP SHIP”) ANY WARRANTY IS VOID. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO YOUR CUSTOMER! Damage Claims
Freight Damage Claims: All packages are insured. Inspect the package to see if there is any damage to the item. Report to seller immediately by email. Refund or replacement will be sent once a UPS claim number is issued. Buyer must follow seller's instructions in order to receive help.
All shipping, packaging materials and boxes must be saved.
Carriers will pickup the damaged item for inspection FROM THE LOCATION IT WAS DELIVERED TO ONLY!
Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a damage claim will void your warranty
