NOT THE SEAT WITH A RECALL!!!
In response to the review of phull67, this particular car seat IS NOT the one that was recalled in 2003. I just went to the Dorel Juvenile Group web site to check on ALL their recalls, and yes, a Cosco Touriva seat had been recalled, but it was THE MODEL WITH THE T-SHIELD and that seat WAS MANUFACTURED IN 1996 & 1997!
