By the way, eBay turns all the words in this box into links, but it's really stupid because the links do not go anywhere, but to a people search that comes up empty. Why didn't eBay link these to our items for sale??? Their software does not give us the option of pointing these links. Again??

In business since 1986, this year marks our 23rd anniversary. We have been selling on eBay since they began. Our name has changed recently due to Incorporating our business. This forced us to get a new eBay Name and had to start over. We have been a power seller for many years and we our on our way to becoming one again soon. We generally use US Postal Service for our shipping unless item is really heavy. We use eBay's combined shipping, but eBay's calculations are not very accurate. EBay's software can not take into consideration if multiple boxes need to be used due to differences in products. Such as a poster which is fairly delicate can not be shipped with a heavy object such as a clock which will ultimately crush the poster before arrival. Also each item has a calculated weight which includes box and packaging which is needed if only single item ships. However eBay's software makes no allowances for adding just weight of additional item. If you order 5 items eBay adds 5 items and 5 packages to total. Until they update their software to give us more control over shipping weights and handling fees I am afraid this is as good as it gets for eBay's automated combined shipping. If you don't mind the wait, we will send you updated invoice by the next business day with better combined total.

Best way to contact us is through eBay Contact. We use eBay's online Selling Manager Software and the fastest response comes from contact within eBay. If you send mail directly to our email address we will likely never see it due to the 1000,s of junk & spam that enters our email box each day. We have very aggressive spam filters to try and over come problem, but eBay related emails look like spam to most spam filters. So again, please use the contact seller link on eBay listing. This pops up message in our eBay software for the fastest reponse, always by next business day if not same day.

We Generally Ship Worldwide unless restricted for some reason. NOTE: If you do not reside in the USA, then please make sure to include your phone number in the special instructions box of paypal checkout. US and International Postal Regulations require phone number on International package and will not let us ship without it. Often EBay can not give us your phone number if your country has privacy laws. No Phone number delays shipment!! If we have your phone number with payment then your order will ship on next business day.
