Business InformationHistory/background
Our #1 goal is to make every buyer a happy buyer.
We have been selling on eBay and online since 2000
We also sell consignments for the local community
Payment policy
We currently prefer Paypal but also accept checks and money orders. Please do not ever send cash. We can wait the extra day for you to get a money order if necessary. Please use the eBay checkout procedure after the auction. Auctions need to be paid for within 3 days of auction close (Paypal) or received within 7 days of close (check/money order) unless prior arrangements have been made. Basically, if you can't pay for it until payday, email us so we're not bombarding you with email invoices and visits from Vinnie No-Nose Vincelli. We're easy to work with and understand you need to buy it now but don't get paid for a few days.
Shipping information
There are costs involved in shipping other than the postage. Boxes, tape, labels and protective cushioning and packaging all cost money and can get quite expensive. We rely on the fact that by keeping shipping charges at a minimum, the final price will generally be higher and more than make up for these costs. We reserve the right to ship via UPS or USPS for a variety of reasons .
We ship a couple times each week so a few purchases will be in transit within 3 or 4 days of payment. We generally wait for personal checks to clear.
Feedback
We post feedback after you post feedback. We wait until then, not for any devious reasons as some think but, put simply, so we know you've received the item and are happy, thus the transaction is complete. IF something goes wrong, the item is damaged upon receiving, we said it was red but shipped blue, you thought you were getting a real Ferrari Testarosa for $8 instead of a Die Cast 1:64 scale model...whatever the case, we want to resolve the issue. Newer eBay users who don't understand the policies and procedures set out by eBay have a tendency to open their box, say Hmmm, this isn't correct and immediately go to the negative feedback nuke. Whereas if they email and say ...Something is amiss... or (fill in with your own personalized phrase), we will say something along the lines of ...oops or some other clever catchy phrase and either get you the right item or refund your purchase if its not what we described
