I prefer Pay Pal, but I also accept personal checks and money orders for USA sales (my son thanks you for any checks/MO, because the bank gives out lolly pops). Checks and money orders will take 1-2 extra business days to clear the bank. Checks and money orders can be made payable to Evanson Art & Design. International sales must be paid through PayPal. I do not accept trades or time payments. Regular sales must be paid in full within 10 days of purchase. If you have not paid by day 7, a reminder will be sent. Charity sales must be paid for within 7 days. If the item hasn't been paid for within the alloted time, I will initiate the eBay non-payment process. Terminating the transaction and negative feedback are absolutely a last resort.

Should you be disatisfied with an item, email me first. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Money (less shipping costs) will be refunded after SAFE return of the item. Insurance should be added to the return shipping.

I usually respond within 24 hours. You can email me through eBay email. I do work nightshift and have some access to eBay at breaks, otherwise, I normally respond during the day. Vacation notices will be posted for my eBay store.
