I used to leave feedback right after payment was made, but I found people forgot about me after they received their item. I was not getting all my feedback. Please remember to leave us a nice feedback when you get your item (thank you) and we will gladly return the favor. I'd leave it right away, but, I don't want to be forgotten. We are generally very good with descriptions, communication, speed in shipping etc. but, if you are not satisfied with something, only a buyer can leave a negative which impacts a seller's ratings, and as a seller, discounts and such from ebay. We just ask, if you are not satisfied with your purchase that you email or call us to work out your problem. Please use the negative as a last resort with us or any seller really. Thank you...we really do appreciate your stopping to read this and your business.

EvelynsAttic123 is all about great deals on vintage hard to find items as well as some new items from time to time. If item is not marked as new, please ask for any specifics on a piece and we'd be happy to answer all your questions, especially if the piece is older, vintage or antique.

Payment policy
We accept Paypal.

Shipping information
We ship after payment is received. Our shipments go out twice a week. Shipping prices reflect Shipping (cost to ship) as well as Handling fees. Handling fees cover the cost of box or envelope (we choose) your item gets shipped in, packing materials and time to package your item and drive it to post office. Please ask about a shipping discount if you are ordering multiple items so I can calculate your discounted price, usually 10% though. Please do not bid if you think shipping prices are high, only to complain about it later in feedback. Shipping cost is as shown for cheapest way possible, faster costs more. We ship the most cost effective way. Priority mail is available & costs extra, please inquire. Standard shipping time is 12 business days, anything after that and your item is late, please contact your local post office with your tracking number to inquire. I send you a tracking number via email once your item has been packed and shipped

Return policy
We do not offer a return policy. Please be sure of your purchase prior to bidding. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like.

Please promptly pay for your items after you win them. We accept Paypal and credit cards. If purchasing multiple items please wait for an invoice. We advise insurance for loss or damage for all packages. We are NOT responsible for loss or damage from post office. For that reason, we recommend insurance. If you purchase insurance, the post office refunds you, NOT us from out of pocket. Please do not expect a refund from us, but go to USPS.com to file your claim. Once product leaves our hands we are not responsible for loss damage or loss. That is why we stress buying insurance. If loss or damage occurs you must file a claim with your local post office using the confirmation # I send you via email as item is shipped.
