SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We ship the items the very next day after receiving the payment, shipping is done on Weekdays (8.30 to 9 am) by India post. If by any reason we are unable to ship the item we will email you. You will receive an email with the shipping details. All the shipping and Handling charges are mentioned in the auction page both for Domestic and International charges. If you still have doubts please email us. SHIPPING MULTIPLE ITEMS: We are happy to combine shipping on multiple auctions. The combined shipping depends upon the weight of the items. OUR POLICY ON NONPAYING BIDDERS: We will send an email reminder after 7 days, If you do not contact us after that we file for NPB (non-paying bidder), as we have to get our FVF fee back from ebay.

RETURNS: We have already mentioned in our auction that the handmade products may slightly vary in size, color etc.. but still if you are not satisfied with the product, please email us and we will try our best to either exchange or refund. We will refund the bid price only, S/H is not refunded.
