Everything Rubbermaid Retail Store is in the square of downtown Wooster, Ohio. We have been in business since 1993. Our building provides 4 floors (24,000 square feet)of shopping. We are open Monday thru Friday 9:30-6, Saturday 9:30-5 and Sunday 12-5. We are closed on major holidays. Our mail order department is open Monday thru Friday 9-5 est. We offer the largest selection of Rubbermaid products anywhere. We also handle Rubbermaid Commercial Products. If an item is available we can generally get it for our customers. No order is too small.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept personal checks, but there is a waiting period to make sure they clear. Because we are so small we are not able to take purchase orders. All of our orders need to be prepaid.

We use UPS as our primary shipper.They provide us with a means of tracking shipments. We use USPS only for Alaska and Hawaii. For large orders requiring LTL carriers we usually use Yellow Freight. We try to get the best rate possible for your shipment and also want to insure it gets there complete without damage.

We will warrant an item shipped to you from the store for 2 weeks from the date of receipt. It is very important to check everything as soon as you receive it. If you receive a damaged item, just give us a call and we will reship. If you get an item you ordered and later decide you do not want it, you can return it to us and we will refund the price of the item. Your shipping will not be returned.
