I have been selling on Ebay since May 1998 under the same ID history. I began to do this full time but have always been a broker of some sort or another. Over the years, I have developed many jeweler vendor contacts through family & consulting.

Designer jewelery such as David Yurman, Marina B, Van Cleef & Arpels VCA, Bvlgari, Lorenzo, Slane & Slane, Maboussin, Chaumet, Bali artisan sterling and value priced quality sterling and gold gemstone jewelry! I have my staple items and designers but am always on the look out for new things and have an eye for all jewelry price points on the market.

Computer products, Software, packaging supplies, health and beauty, hard to find items, jewelry, books, anything I want I always check EBAY!

Elephant figurines, rings, a little bit of this and that. I used to collect a lot more but now buying is part of my job.

English, French, Spanish

My French is rusty. I was fluent 20 years ago but there is so little opportunity to speak French in California compared to New York or the East Coast where I grew up. Spanish yes - fluent can speak, read, write. You can write to me in French and I will do my best. Hiking, dining out, plays, travel travel travel....gardening when I could. As a benefit consultant full time and jewelry seller full time, my life was work only but now I am enjoying this period of my life and waiting to see what comes next. From brokering aluminum ( non-ferrous metals) to Asia in the 80s to employee benefits to jewelry sales to do what is necessary to support my family and keep commitments to employers.customers. Time to smell the roses I hope! Maybe in the summer when it slows down. I love being my own boss since I can manage myself better than any organization. I know what to do and do it! I would like to read some books but only do so on vacation and I have not been on vacation in two years! EGADS HOW SAD!

None really, I dont watch much TV. I work too much right now but if someone else wants to watch it, I watch whatever and veg out. I watch CNN and CNBC when I exercise and switch back to my ipod and listen to music.

I ship as soon as possible, usually the same day or next day after payment unless the item is not readily available, it could take 3 days maximum for unusual items.

I buy most of jewelry outright so do not like to offer cash refunds unless I make a mistake since I have to replenish inventory and have low store prices with thin margins. I have an unlimitted exchange program but I do require items be returned within 7 days otherwise I dont know if you wore it and returned and I sell below retail.I can't stand people who make up stories to return items after they may have used it or found something else cheaper or got overextended and try to blame others.I can tell when a story does not ring true. I have done this a long time and trust 99% of the people as much as my own family but I can tell if something is rotten in Denmark very easily most of the time. I was out smarted once by a seller that had gained my trust and tried to rip me off but luckily I was able to find an alternate means to retrieve my money for non-delivered goods. I have my blackberry with me at all times or am at my computer. MY cell is my work phone 925-915-1470. I prefer being emailed at expertbenefits@gmail.com so I can turn on the blackberry since if i am at my computer, I may not have the cell on. I usually return emails almost instantaneously unless I am doing something else. I work weekends too 7 days. If I go on vacation, I will let you know in advance and have a vacation message in my store. I am service oriented and really do my very best to accomodate you. Please dont leave negative feedback before contacting me with your concerns. If you are not nice to me, I may not be as accomodating so coming off like a hot head does not impress me at all and I tend to do the same and I dont like acting that way. I am an approachable, down to Earth person but I can duel with the best of them when necessary with all I have. I dont cross ethical lines and never sell anything fake!

Yes I have a family and contacts and friends but I would rather not discuss that here. There are more interesting people around than me and they are in the history books or in the magazines if you prefer.

I revise my listings all the time, usually adding photos after it is listed because the hard part is listing the item. People think tht there is something suspect about revising items but there is not. it is just if someone asks a question, I try to clarify it on the listing in case I get more of the item or I may have taken some shoddy photos but plan to replace them later. People dont know I have the items unless I list them so I try to list them and add to them in my store later. This has worked well for me and is not an indication of me changing the listing in any meaningful or doing anything deleterious. I just find this the most efficient way to handle my work load.
