Factory Overloads LLC has been in business since 2002 selling motorcyle helmets, boots and assorted leather items. Customer service is very important to us and we try to treat our customers the way we wish to be treated - with courtesy and honesty.

We sell new D.O.T. Approved and Snell Certified THH helmets, Harley-Davidson Boots and Shoes (in limited sizes), and leather jackets, vests, chaps and bags.

We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Credit Cards with a continental US address. Sorry but we do not accept Personal Checks for any reason.

We try to ship same day if possible (M-T) and usually within 24 hours unless order is received over the weekend or during a holiday.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your store purchase, you can return it to our warehouse and we will refund your purchase price less the S/H charges. Auction helmets or boots will only be exchanged if the item is factory defective or another size is available in the same style. All sales are final on discontinued items.
