Your order will be shipped the first Saturday after payment is received/cleared. Our cutoff for Saturday shipping is 5:00 PM on Fridays. Orders for payments made afterward will be processed the following Saturday. We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to family and work obligations, we can only devote time to eBay on weekends. To our fellow eBayers living in or around Fargo, please note that we do not permit orders to be picked up at our location (we're not in an area zoned for retail traffic). We apologize for the inconvenience, but your order must be processed the same as we do for those eBayer's living outside our hometown.

We stand behind everything we sell because we know buying from the internet is not the same as buying hands-on in a store. If you don't like it when you receive it, you can return it no questions asked, less shipping & handling costs. So bid with confidence, and good luck! To return an item, simply contact us for return instructions and an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Buyer responsible for return postage costs. Please be aware that the books we sell are all factory remainders and may have imperfections. We list all books as new, because they've never been read or previously owned. Rest assured that we will not sell any book that cannot be read due to a defect or damage (for example, a missing page). We don't examine the books closely for defects, but we avoid offering any books that are seriously damaged. A lot of the books we sell are perfect... some have torn dust jackets or a smudged edge or creased pages or dented corner, etc. If you do receive a book with an imperfection that you're not happy with, you may return it, no questions asked, for a refund (less shipping and handling).
