I am fAlken, I run this DVD shop. I purchase DVDs in bulk from retail locations that are closing down and from liquidators. I buy in large bulk so I can pass the savings on to you, my customer. Of course I am making a living doing this, so I am making some money, but at the same time you can save a lot in comparison to shoping retail and you'll recieve your item very quickly. I ship my items out 1st class mail so they arrive anywhere in the US within 3 to 5 business days. If you have any questoins please feel free to ask.

All my items are shipped 1st class mail so you will receive them within 3 to 4 days. I will also ship to APO/FPO. Those also go 1st class, but may take longer since USPS no longer does the delivery once handed to the military. All shipments come with tracking numbers that are trackable via USPS

It is not difficult to do a return with Falken's DVD shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may ship the item back to us. Please send an E-Mail first w/ your order ID # so we can locate your order. If returning an item, the fastest and least expensive way to get the item returned for a full refund is to ship via First Class mail using USPS. Be sure to ask for delivery confirmation so you can track the progress of your shipment as it comes back to us. We do not charge ridiculas restocking fees, so don't hesitate to contact us if you are not satisfied with your item. We do ask that the item be in decent shape, we are willing to work with you.
