Yes, the white squirrel in the picture is one of many that live on our property in Transylvania County, North Carolina. This county is noted for its white squirrels, not to mention its beautiful waterfalls. Called ''Land of the Waterfalls'' due to the hundreds located throughout the county, Transylvania County is in our view one of the most magnificent places on earth. Come see for yourself!

During the 1980's and 1990's we owned retail stores specializing in Licensed Character Collectibles. Our inventory included both vintage items and collectibles that were then currently in production. In 1999 we opened an ice cream parlor in a tourist town, which became so time consuming it compelled us to ''temporarily'' close our other stores and our mail order business. We put our collectible merchandise into storage in 1999 and that ''temporary'' closure lasted until this year. Now that we have sold our ice cream business, we are beginning to liquidate those collectibles which we have not seen in almost a decade.

Because our customer base includes serious collectors, we have always been cognizant of the condition of the packaging as well as the quality of the merchandise. Unfortunately for collectors, most items are packed and shipped from factories with little thought given to the condition of the packaging. Still we have tried to maintain all packaging in the same condition as it was when we received it directly from the factory. Our vintage items and antiques will also be listed as we come across them. We will attempt to picture and describe any flaws we notice.

We will accept returns for any reason under the following conditions: 1) Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of the confirmed time of delivery that the item will be returned. 2) Buyer must return the item within 72 hours of the confirmed time of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 3) Buyer must return the same item we sold and that item must be received back in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer. We will not accept back a different item in inferior condition. Unfortunately because of the type of items we sell, we have run into this problem. 4) If the above conditions are met the Buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item. We cannot refund the shipping charges.
