Subject to each merchant's return policies. Any damaged merchandise or clothing and bedding that does not fit properly can be returned or exchanged. Please read and compare the measurements on clothing and bedding before bidding. We ask that you actually measure mattresses and compare to bedding sizes. Considering we do work directly with the merchant, the buyer pays us thru PayPal. In turn, we pay for it when we place the order. Therefore, ALL returns or exchanges need to go through us so we can notify the merchant then give you instructions according to their policies. You will be reimbursed when a tracking# is given to us for return. FashionsGemsEtc is only refunded once the merchant receives their merchandise & issues us a credit. If the merchant made a mistake in your shipment or it is broken, a free shipping label will be sent to you. Damaged items are replaced if reported to us timely. Inaccurate shipments work the same way.

First, we do not receive wholesale prices. Our pricing structure includes all of our costs for eBay and Paypal fees & not much more. This is not a source of income. We do this because we like working with people and offering quality products. Working directly with the merchants has many advantages. The items are guaranteed brand new & never used! They are experts in boxing packages for shipping. All of our items listed are available at the time. However, hot sellers may run out of stock during the listing. Different options are given to people that have completed the transaction or a refund will be issued via PayPal. Thankfully most of our items are in stock & do not encounter this situation very often. We do go back and confirm availability often.

Merchants that do not meet our high quality demand for customer service are reviewed. If changes are not made in a reasonable amount of time, they are no longer used.
