Roger felt that he was ripped off and demanded a refund of $9.78. We charged a $16 shipping and handling fee. The shipping was a bit over 6. And he said he didn’t care about my gas costs or my time and that is charging the 16 dollars for shipping was crazy. Roger also told us that we are killing the environment. He was very upset. We felt really bad about it and worked with Roger to refund his money. We are sorry Roger but I don’t feel we should do business again.

Fantastic camera
Razor sharp pictures, uses easy to find AA batteries. Carl Zeiss lens - an excellent value! These cameras take great pictures and have manual controls for creative flexibility if yo want to go beyond simple Program Auto exposure.
